Responsibilities
  • Adopt sound and logical methodologies in data analytics to support business strategies (i.e. operational resource, capacity to serve) leading to actionable insights.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders (i.e. Treasures, Financial Planning Advisory, Branch Banking, and other Support Units) to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Delivery of Branch projects within schedule, scope and cost, including the coordination of end-to-end operational functions, people, system and business administration.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and strive to streamline processes for better efficiencies.
  • Development of Business Case to the senior management on key business decisions.
  • Manage Strategic Cost Management, including trend movement and monthly reporting.
  • Manage Branch Banking expense management, including budget preparation and forecasts.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and critical tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced and high-productivity environment.
  • Team player and able to build relationships with other business stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and analytical ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently in project execution.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Products (i.e. Words, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience in branch operations, or project management preferred but not compulsory.
  • Knowledge of Excel macros/ Visual Basic will be an added advantage.
