Role Responsibilities
  • To make recommendation of procedural changes to improve efficiency and customer service.
  • To handle electronic Payments Paper listing, dividend, and payroll processing.
  • To check and reconcile and computer reports generated by Hogan against of systems to ensure that files uploaded / captured are correct.
  • To rectify irregular cases.
  • To provide MIS statistical report on job volume and productivity for management review
  • To take relief duties as required
  • To provide operation supports to all counterparties and departments
  • To liaise with other divisions, departments and branches on all matters relating to the Section work and ensure that a smooth operation flow is continuously maintained
  • A good overall knowledge of banking practice and theory
  • Ability to handle customers in and efficient and helpful manner.

  • To cascade the service quality concept to all staff so as to enhance the quality of delivered service

  • Assist to review the systems and practice on an on-going basis to ensure that they are in compliance with Management Manual, Operating Manual and the laid down procedure.

  • Assist to manage the product and system development process to ensure project is on schedule, features are aligning with requirement and implementation is smooth
