Reporting to Head of Wealth Management Business Control, you will be responsible for regulations and procedures implementation, business control and project management in Private Banking Division (PBD).

Reporting to Head of Wealth Management Business Control, you will be responsible for regulations and procedures implementation, business control and project management in Private Banking Division (PBD).
Responsibilities
- Conduct investment products post transaction monitoring to ensure sales activities are conducted according to guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Prepare MIS reports and conduct analysis on PBD sales quality for management review
- Implement the latest regulations development on banking/investment activities including procedures and documents write-up/revision
- Perform periodic review on department procedures and guidelines
- Provide guidance to PBD staff on the new and existing regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines
- Lead PBD projects in relation to private banking business controls
- Participate in product type development, operations projects in the parts related to procedures and documents write-up/revision
- Staff training on new products, services, policies, procedures and guidelines
- Degree holder
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in banking industry
- Professional licensing qualifications per local regulatory bodies requirement preferable
- Good PC application knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong analytical mind
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
