Responsibilities:
• Prepare credit proposals on large corporates, financial institutions and sovereigns (counterparty and issuer risks)
• Monitor the credit rating changes and identify the deteriorating counterparties
• Assist in monitoring and reporting credit limit utilization and excesses
• Prepare reports to monitor the utilization of country, sector, portfolio and credit limits
• Assist in Basel and ad-hoc credit risk related projects including upgrade and implementation of different trading / limit monitoring systems
• Provide assistance in daily credit administration work and other reporting
• Ensure the compliance with internal policies and guidelines and external regulatory requirements
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
• Degree Holder with major in business / accounting / finance disciplines
• 5 years of working experience in credit analysis
• Professional qualification of CFA / CPA / FRM is preferred
• Good knowledge in credit risk management, risk analysis, banking operations and financial products
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in handling documentations for derivatives and FX products would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, with experience in Kondor, Fusion Risk, SAS and related statistical software would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
