Your opportunity
  • Support the intermediary distribution channel in all sales-related and marketing activities as required.
  • Support and coordinate all aspects of new client onboarding in collaboration with internal stakeholders and relevant functions.
  • Support the intermediary distribution channel in coordinating RFP & ad hoc requests.
  • Monitor and actively track progress of opportunities and prospects in a timely manner on Salesforce, including updating of contact details, meeting notes and any post meeting follow-up actions.
  • Research and monitor asset management development in key Asian markets to develop competitor analysis and other market intelligence. through usage of analytical tools and in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • To work with Sales Managers where relevant to handle client enquiries including operational matters pertaining to daily business activities.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
  • Related work experience within the Investment Management Industry
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Relevant client service experience within the asset management space is preferred
  • Ability to comprehend Janus Henderson's array of asset class strategies
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and good working knowledge of CRM systems

For those in scope of Knowledge & Competence (MiFID II)
  • Knowledge of financial markets, financial markets function and the impact of economic figures and national/regional/global events on markets
