Responsibilities
Experience required
- Co-ordinating regulatory applications for new licenses in Asia or other APAC jurisdictions and on-going Compliance maintenance;
- AML/FCC review of fund portfolio companies, including KYC onboarding of co-investors on deal level joint ventures or other clients or vendors of the Platform as necessary
- Compliance review and approval in relation to e-Funding platform in respect of funds on the Platform;
- Conflicts clearance, information wall setup and other control room related issues with regards to the investments held through the Platform
Experience required
- 8+ years compliance or legal experience with a US or European based asset management (CMSL holders) or investment banking firm;
- Experience in dealing with license applications of FPI, ARC, AIF manager or QFII is a plus;
- Knowledge of Asia regulatory regimes, including licensing and regulatory reporting requirements;
- Exceptional English and proficient Chinese reading, writing and speaking skills
