We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, ASP WPB SGI, Partnerships.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Assist to develop partnership strategies and framework to achieve WPB OKRs and strategic priorities
  • Conduct market research for opportunity assessment, trends, with a structured consulting framework to identify the partnership landscape and opportunity
  • Support partnership pitches, negotiations, analysis to achieve the partnership strategy and collaboration
  • Explore new partners through events, hackathons, internal referrals and build connections to identify potential partnership collaboration
  • Work with partners and internal stakeholders with an agile approach to ensure excellent delivery
  • Attend the partnership meetings and lead, if required, to ensure strategic objectives are achieved and maintain excellent relationship with partnerships for long-term collaboration
  • Project management to ensure delivery of projects, POCs, sprint planning, support partner onboarding and work closely with Customer Intelligence team to deliver projects
  • As we move into additional deals, there would be an opportunity to lead the deals from beginning to end
  • Individual continuously manages key risks, issues and interdependencies. He or she determines and applies appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Ensures an equal and balanced focus is maintained on operating and regulatory risks and mitigates these in a manner that protects HSBC's brand
  • Ensures collaboration with key support functions such as Risk, Compliance, legal and HR to ensure alignment of policies and plans
  • Implements Global Standards, Financial Crime Compliance and Risk considerations in an aligned manner within the context of the WPB strategy
Requirements

Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of Digital banking / Fintech landscape and can translate opportunities into execution approach and strategy
  • University graduate
  • More than 5 years of experience, working in multinational firm is preferred
  • Previous business development and consulting background is preferred
  • Experience in successfully leading/involving in a partnership deal
  • Speak and write fluent English and Mandarin
