For our office in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a FATCA and CSSF/BCL reporting Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 50% focus on FATCA, increased from February to July during reporting period and 50% focused on local CSSF/BCL reporting
- Assigned portfolio of clients to undertake:
- Collation, data entry and maintenance of accurate records and information;
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output; Population and uploading of excels to generate XML files
- Generate timely reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations;
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files;
- Updating and maintaining information on our computer databases and computer systems;
- Respond to queries received in shared mailboxes in a timely manner;
- Escalate any issues to team lead/supervisor;
- Assisting in the development of training materials and mentoring of new team members in line with guidance from Senior Officer/Manager.
- Experience working on Fatca CRS production would be an advantage;
- Degree in computers, business, finance or economics would be an advantage;
- 1 - 3 years' experience working in the Fund Services/Financial Services industry;
- Proficient data entry skills, working with excel and spreadsheets;
- Fluency in English. Any other language will be considered an advantage;
- Working as part of a small team and ability to think outside the box;
- You are a results-oriented person;
- Proven ability to organise and demonstrate attention to detail;
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, multitask and able to prioritise workflow;
- Competent knowledge of MS Office applications.
