The Role Responsibilities
As a Technical Specialist -Private Wealth Management transformation program, The Candidate should have strong core banking and/or Private Wealth Management domain experience in a Temenos Wealth Suite projects and strong implementation exposure in Triple A. You will be responsible to develop / customize the systems by studying operations, designing, developing and installing software solutions.
Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery and excellent software engineering skills. Creative engineering balanced with high quality and a customer focus. Must be able to work across multiple facets of the project and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time. Strong analytic capability and the ability to create innovative solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
  • Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs.
  • Verify and deploy programs and systems.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing application.
  • Gather and evaluate user feedback.
  • Recommend and execute improvements.
  • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals.

Business
  • The Specialist (Technology Tools) will be a key member of Regulatory Technology Team and responsible for delivering the various technology and vendor solutions used in Regulatory Technology. The role holder will form a key part of a fast-paced, ambitious, delivery programme.
Risk Management
  • Monitor all major risk issues and concentrations. Where appropriate, direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to Risk Committees.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Hold Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree.
  • Should be Triple A Plus Silver or Bronze certified.
  • Experience in overall software development.
  • 8+ years of experience in customization of Temenos "Wealth Suite" product like Triple A Plus GUI & WTX.
  • Work experience in creating/customizing formats, screens, profiles etc.
  • Proficient in Triple A scripting language.
  • Worked on customization of BTF and FTB screens.
  • Worked on creating MAPs and import files.
  • Worked on financial functions like Valuation, Operation History, Transaction History, Return Analysis, Performance Analysis, Order Entry etc.
  • Knowledge of TSL is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile process/methodologies.
  • The desire to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
  • Creativity is always a plus.
  • Knowledge of Dev Ops tools like Ansible, GIT, Jenkins etc.
  • Experience working on a variety of software development projects.
  • Deep programming language knowledge.
  • Knowledge & experience in Java/J2EE, API, MQ, Shell scripting, Basic Unix commands & Solace Development.
  • Problem solving mindset, strong team spirit and complete commitment to work quality.
  • Ability to advocate and defend the solution design for the challenging / complex business requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
