Senior HR Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Remain up to date on regional changes in Employment Law and regulations and ensure such changes are in place
• Develop, implement and administer all-round HR programs and policies including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR compliance maintenance
• Assist with internal and external audit programs in an accurate and timely manner
• Serve as contact point with headquarter to evaluate and reengineer various E-HR system projects/processes to drive greater accuracy of data maintenance & operational efficiency
• Support other business units by assisting with Due Diligence Questionnaire and other official documents preparation pertinent to HR policies & procedures/headcount analytics
• Provides business unit specific insight and recommendations to the development of HR practices, systems, policies and initiatives

Job Requirements

• Degree holder with around 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience within Chinese financial services, preferably companies licensed by or registered with HK SFC
• Hands-on, positively and practically minded, display strong initiative, thinking and problem solving
• Broad cultural sensitivity and understanding, able to work under in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, excellent communication, consulting and presentation skills
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office, Excel & Chinese word processing
• Strong verbal and written proficiency in English and Chinese, mandarin is a must
