Chief Operating Officer - Infrastructure Fund

• Our client is a Infrastructure loan focused company that acquire and distribute infrastructure loans for various portfolios in APAC. Their seek to provide investors with exposure to a diversified portfolio of project & infrastructure loans across multiple geographies and sectors. They are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to oversee the Loan Acquisition process, regulatory compliance and the Finance & Accounting controls of the firm

Description

Reporting directly to the CEO of the company, your key responsibilities would include:

• Overseeing the end to end process of the firm's loan acquisition team and undertaking KYC/AML of the onboarding of the loan process, liaising with banks and be involved in the credit underwriting process

• Manage and review the Finance & Accounting function of the firm including overseeing the budgeting, financial & management reporting of the company

• Oversee and handle the regulatory compliance duties of the firm, help acquire and manage the firm's CMS license

• Liaise with government stakeholders, regulatory bodies and ensuring all regulatory requirements and reporting are adhered to

Profile

To succeed in this role, you should ideally possess:

• Degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines

• More than 12 years of hands on experience in operations, regulatory compliance and financial controls

• Experience working in a licensed asset management

• Knowledge in Financial control, fund structuring and regulatory compliance

• Experience in acquiring a CMS license and managing it

• Experience and knowledge with Infrastructure loan facilities would be an added advantage
