We are partnering with a leading foreign private bank. They are looking for a HR Business Partner for coverage of a key portfolio within the bank.

Your new role
  • Act as strategic and trusted HR business partner for a key portfolio by providing HR advice and support
  • Develop/review, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with the Employment Ordinance and regulatory requirements
  • Take a proactive role strengthening the Bank's organizational culture, ensuring commitment in values and approach
  • Manage a diverse set of HR projects and initiatives


Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years Human Resources experience preferably gained in banking
  • Multi-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skill
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at senior level
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English
