Banco de Investimento Global (BiG) is an independent investment bank, headquartered in Lisbon, with presence in Portugal, Spain and Mozambique.

BiG’s Corporate Finance team is looking to hire an experienced professional.

The selected candidate will integrate a young dynamic team within a growing, reputed and solid financial institution, and will benefit from ample growth opportunities.

Such candidate will play a key role in originating, coordinating and executing M&A and capital markets transactions.

Requisitos mínimos

Ideal Candidates Should Present The Following Capabilities And Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in M&A, consulting or investment banking

Masters in Finance or equivalent

Strong commercial and entrepreneurial drive

Solid analytical competences: financial modelling, valuation and M&A execution

Clear and rigorous written and oral communication

Proficiency in Portuguese and English languages; Fluency in Spanish will be valued
