Responsibilities
  • Participate in strategic initiatives for Consumer Banking Group SG.
  • Extract interesting insights from branch banking and self-service banking (SSB: ATM/VTM) control towers, to define best in class customer and staff experiences.
  • Supplement and strengthen insights with surveys and feedbacks.
  • Provide key focus areas and recommendations to business by leveraging on data analytics.
  • Be part of the strategy to drive the future of branch banking and SSB.
  • Share insights and areas of focus with management.
  • Work closely with channel and product teams for implementation.
  • Track outcome post implementation.
  • Drive prioritization efforts in the enhancement of branch banking and SSB control towers.
  • Streamline analytics process to reduce manual efforts for similar assessments.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in financial services industry; preferably focusing on data analytics.
  • Strong demonstrable analytical ability is a must.
  • Comfortable working with and manipulating large amounts of data.
  • Good stakeholder management and team player.
  • Knowledge in consumer banking preferred.
  • Intermediate to expert level user of Microsoft Excel preferred.
