Responsibilities
- Participate in strategic initiatives for Consumer Banking Group SG.
- Extract interesting insights from branch banking and self-service banking (SSB: ATM/VTM) control towers, to define best in class customer and staff experiences.
- Supplement and strengthen insights with surveys and feedbacks.
- Provide key focus areas and recommendations to business by leveraging on data analytics.
- Be part of the strategy to drive the future of branch banking and SSB.
- Share insights and areas of focus with management.
- Work closely with channel and product teams for implementation.
- Track outcome post implementation.
- Drive prioritization efforts in the enhancement of branch banking and SSB control towers.
- Streamline analytics process to reduce manual efforts for similar assessments.
- A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in financial services industry; preferably focusing on data analytics.
- Strong demonstrable analytical ability is a must.
- Comfortable working with and manipulating large amounts of data.
- Good stakeholder management and team player.
- Knowledge in consumer banking preferred.
- Intermediate to expert level user of Microsoft Excel preferred.
