YOUR IMPACT
We are looking for an individual to join our Statistical Reporting function. Responsibilities and scope of role will include all aspects of the Statistical Reporting function - both daily control functions and project & business analysis.

We partner with all areas of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. Alongside that vital service delivery role, Operations provides essential risk management and control, preserving and enhancing the firm's assets and its reputation.
The Statistical Reporting team within Regulatory and Control Operations is responsible for ensuring compliance with European Central Banks regulations. They are responsible for money statistics calculation and analysis of securities balances across a broad range of business types within the various regulated entities. The team is responsible for regulatory reporting, partnering with Engineering , Compliance, Legal and other global Operations teams to drive strategic regulatory projects.

HOW YOU WILL FULFIL YOUR POTENTIAL
Responsibilities include the following:
  • Leading, proposing, planning, and implementing initiatives related to the regulatory rule changes and/or business expansion e.g., onboarding new reports
  • Maintaining and enhancing current statistical reporting risk assessment and control framework
  • Generating monthly statistics on money transfers and securities holdings for European entities
  • Incident management process & breach reporting to the national banks
  • Building and maintaining relationships with reporting teams within EU central banks
  • Consulting with Legal, Compliance and Operations management on Statistical Reporting issues impacting calculations
  • Working with Regulatory Engineering to ensure strategic builds of reporting depositary
  • Driving investigations and managing ad hoc inquiries coming from national banks
  • Managing a team of professionals located in Warsaw which includes and is not limited to providing coaching, tracking book of work delivery, and overseeing team's performance
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 5- 10 years' experience in banking operations preferably in a regulatory space and payments operations
  • Ability to manage various deliverables concurrently throughout the day, within deadlines
  • Knowledge and experience in requirements engineering using various methodologies (Business Requirements, Data Requirements, Acceptance Criteria)
  • German language skills are considered a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand complex workflows across multiple business types required
  • Demonstration of strong organisational, prioritisation and project management skills required
  • Good interpersonal skills to build strong relationship with key stakeholders within and outside of Operations essential
  • Good influencing skills to work with the Operations team in challenging the status quo and continuously enhancing the control environment required
  • Must have strong communication skills to clearly articulate issues and ideas, provide timely escalation
