We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate, Client Services Manager, Issuer Services.
Principal Responsibilities
- Provide a high quality client management service to ensure a first class service is delivered to our clients
- Oversee the day-to-day activities and provide effective management of post-closing administration and operation including but not limited to coordinating the legal agreement and document; handling consent, waiver and amendment requests; agent administration; monitoring submission of covenants; performing periodic review of the transaction etc.
- Maintain adequate records in all required systems
- Review draft documentation (from an operational perspective) in tandem with the Transaction Management team and Operation team to ensure seamless ongoing administration
- Ensure operational capability for bespoke transactions which require close oversight (such as project finance transactions)
- Provide oversight, guidance and advice to offshore operations team on the day to day activities to ensure the services provided meet the requirement of internal and external customers
- Identify, formulate and implement policies, practices, controls and procedures to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
- Engage and undertake with all ad-hoc tasks or special projects as required
Requirements
- At least 5 years banking experience with good product knowledge and experience of the debt markets including loan agency
- Good people skills and experience
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure effectively and independently while managing multiple tasks
- Understanding of industry standard and understanding of operational risk and best practices
- Team player, both internally and externally
- Excellent PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
