Overview:

The RPA team are aggressively expanding to support the increase of digital works across their business. This exciting opportunity will align to the ramp up of analysis and development across Operations and co-ordinate and be accountable for the deployment of high quality automations using digital workers. The role will oversee a quality assurance team and work closely with the Senior Analyst and Developer in addition to managing the overarching deliverables across the RPA team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an evolving Operational team with key deliverables in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and drive delivery of the RPA programme of work
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate particularly the Test and Support team working closely with the Leads in the Analysis, and Build teams to ensure delivery targets are met
  • Lead the delivery teams in daily scrum calls
  • Provide daily updates on issues, dependencies and key results
  • Track and report on progress to Senior Stakeholders
  • Lead the QA workstream, coordinating a team of QA Analysts
  • Carry out all QA tasks, working closely with the process owner and SMEs to complete User Acceptance Testing
  • Oversee the deployment of completed automations into production


Experience:
  • Experience in Testing from an Operational capacity within Financial Services (ideally Fund Services or Transfer Agency, or from anywhere else within the Financial Services arena)
  • Experience in Agile methodology and Change Management lifecycle
  • Experience and knowledge of RPA development lifecycle would be an advantage
  • Experience in process optimization
  • Experience in Microsoft Project or similar project management and reporting tools
  • RPA, Project Management, Agile or Scrum certification(s) would be a bonus
