Portfolio Project Manager

The client is a sustainable health and hygiene brand, manufacturing market leading products for babies and young children. They are looking for a Project Manager to work cross-functionally with internal teams to launch new products and identify potential inefficiencies and suggest performance improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & coordinate multiple portfolio projects across technical optimisations, product enhancements and new product releases within budget, time and scope
• Develop internal partnerships in the business, including packaging, marketing, sales, operations, regulatory and finance
• Run project team stand-ups to manage activity across the team
• Ensure project goals align with overall global strategic plans for the business
• Ensure project standards are achieved through best practice ways of working and methodologies
• Continuously identify areas for improvement within the processes and ways of working within the project business unit

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing global complex projects
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate coherently and effectively with internal stakeholders at various levels, including senior executives
