SVP, Team Lead, Ecosystems Partnership

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.
Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the new partnership acquisitions and engagement
• Identify and establish ecosystem partnerships with external business partners to co-create competitive digital solutions for growth and resolve client pain points
• Own the end-to-end partnership from origination, co-creation of solutions to negotiation of terms and onboarding of partner
• Leveraging data, customer voice and insights on customers, drive experiments to commercialize ecosystem partnership, including marketing and enhancements etc ..
• Track results and traction on the partnership
• Support overall program governance and business review
• Stay updated and conduct research on market trends, competition landscape, innovative solutions and customer voice
• Collaborate closely with in country and regional stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree holder with 10-15 years' relevant experience and proven track record as RM, sales or product management
• Good understanding of Institutional Banking technology, products and operations
• Keen appreciation of new digital economy trends, e.g. start-ups, e-commerce, digital payment and use of data
• Creative and entrepreneurial attitude
• Strong leadership skills and able to thrive in fast-moving and high growth environment
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
