Do you have a passion for Commodities and Transformation, Change & Digitalization? Join Macquarie's Commodity Operations Change team in Singapore as a Change Analyst, where you will play a key role in a range of exciting opportunities which will strategically evolve Commodity Operations systems, services, and control processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across Commodity Operations, Technology and the Commodity Business.

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years' experience working in a business-aligned Operations group at a similar organisation, with involvement in strategic projects and/or business analysis. Experience specifically within Change Management or within Commodity Operations Trade Support, Settlements or Middle Office roles would be valuable, although this is not a mandatory requirement. All candidates who have a desire to develop expertise in strategic change and are equipped with the skills and motivation to play a key role in helping stakeholders deliver transformation, in a fast-paced & outcome-focused team environment, should apply!
