Duties and responsibilities include:
To provide first class representation to investors and collaborate with the Head of Distribution, regional sales consultants, marketing and investment managers.
To undertake sales of units in the open ended funds, support the share price of the listed funds, and participate in any capital raises for the listed funds.
To develop the sales activity and events, predominantly for wholesale investors in London, in collaboration with the Head of Distribution.
To create the most positive environment possible to facilitate sales and the retention of investors in all products.
Monthly
Undertake contact at every level: telephone, email and face to face. with existing and prospective clients.
Maintain regular contact with investors.
Engage in regular collaborative efforts to secure new sales and work towards the goals and objectives of the distribution team.
Manage and maintain regular contact with the Head of Distribution to include anticipated sales flows and potential redemptions.
Quarterly
Preparation of quarterly sales update in advance of Board meetings and for distribution team meetings
Secure participants for webinar participation and follow up.
Ad hoc
Expect to entertain clients from time to time, when appropriate and when agreed with Head of Distribution. To include lunch, dinner and social drinks.
Expect to travel occasionally further afield with colleagues for off-site meetings.
Be ready to assist with production of marketing material when required.
Assist in market research for new fund development.
