Job Responsibilities
The Regional Analytics role focuses on the following deliverables:
Key Deliverables
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, define key metrics and design dashboards e.g. Qlik that can be used for decision-making and analysis purposes
- Generate and maintain regional reports to ensure accuracy, timeliness and consistency in reporting and metrics from data sources such as data lake playpens
- Drive adoption and self-service analytics through initiatives such as conducting basis user trainings and sharing best practices
- Drive automation of reports and visualization with effective scripts using SQL, VBA, etc. which allows for customizations when requirements evolve
- Proactively monitor trends in reports and share actionable insights to stakeholders
- Provide ad-hoc data analysis support to synthesize business intelligence for strategic alignments
Job Requirements
- Recognized university degree with minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience working in data analytics related roles
- Experience in analyzing large volumes of data and building dashboards from scratch
- Excellent command of Excel modelling skills and intermediate proficiency in at least one of the following tools/languages: SQL, Python, R
- Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools such as Qlik, Tableau
- Basic knowledge of relational databases
- Strong communicator who can articulate analytical findings and has good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
- Driven and resourceful problem-solver who can be relied upon to deliver results with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to manage multiple tracks in tight timeline and is adaptable to evolving business needs and challenges
