Job Description
Our client is a leading life insurer in Singapore looking to hire someone in their product development team to focus on shield products

Reporting to the Head of Department

Responsibilities:
  • Competitive analysis against similar products in the market, as well as researching for similar products in the region.
  • Engaging the Product Development Team to ensure that systems are ready for the launch.
  • Responsible for preparing documents for the Product Committee Team for product approval.
  • Ensure that all marketing collaterals (e.g. brochures, product pack, website, etc.) and any launch communications are ready.
  • Track the sales performance of the products, as well as conduct post-mortem to analyse what went well, and what could have been improved
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in product development for life insurance
  • Familiar with shield products will be a great plus
  • Able to deal with basic and complex projects
  • Strong analytic skills
