We are looking to add a new associate who appreciates a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate loves getting things done and is a creative problem solver. This person must be comfortable interacting with a team and with clients in the office, on the phone, and with email.

Responsibilities
In office client service
- Providing general administrative duties such as
- Answering the phone
- Greeting clients and providing hospitality as they wait for their meetings
- Ensuring client-visible space is in order
- Supporting client account set up
- Managing internal email alerts
- Handling client phone and email requests
- Preparing and ensuring new business paperwork is successfully submitted
- Preparing and processing documentation and obtaining appropriate signatures
- Running insurance quotes
- Moving money between accounts
- Performing other duties as assigned by the financial advisor(s) and associate financial advisor(s)
- Scheduling and preparing client meetings
- Entering data into the CRM system
- Creating the agenda and summary of meetings
- Participating in the coordination and execution of marketing events which may take place after normal working hours
- Assisting in writing and posting social media updates
Required Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Teachable

- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritizes effectively

- Has the ability to proactively engage with clients and create trusted relationships quickly
- Passionate about servicing client relationships in a timely and effective manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adhere to rules, regulations, and processes as stated and required
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Pursuing or have completed a 2-year college degree.
