Associate, Sales & Distribution with Renowned Asset Mgt firm

• Has about 2 to 4 years of related experience gained in PE or asset management firms. Has some experience preparing investor communication materials/meetings/investor reports, conducting research on investors, identifying investors' prospects and ensuring compliance with KYC requirements will be required
• Identify investor prospects Added CFA qualification is a plus (but not a must)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Our client is an established asset management firm. It is now looking to recruit for an Associate to report to the Head of Sales and Distribution.

Associate, Sales & Distribution

Responsibilities

• Lend support to the team in preparation of all external investor communication materials, meetings, and investor reports.
• Identify investor prospects and establish contact with them. Update and maintain a contact management system (e.g., CRM) with conversation notes to allow follow-up actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements e.g., KYC, AML, and prepare RFP submission.
• Provide prompt and effective support to clients' inquiries on fund updates, commentaries, performance, etc.
• Collaborate across teams to oversee the response to investor requests and feedbacks, where applicable.
• Any other duties or projects as assigned by the Head of the team.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong academic background - Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
• Has about 2 to 4 years of related experience gained in PE or asset management firms. Has some experience preparing investor communication materials/meetings/investor reports, conducting research on investors, identifying investor prospects and ensuring compliance with KYC requirements will be required
• Added CFA qualification is a plus (but not a must)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced, global working environment.
• Consultative, with a client-friendly disposition and strong presentation skills
• Initiative-taker with digital literacy
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with colleagues to manage a wide range of questions, including ad hoc projects
• Able to multitask, be organised and have a good eye for detail
