SAP Business Analyst

You will be joining a global company focussed on providing processing technology solutions to a range of clients. This is a permanent opportunity, based in Jandakot, Western Australia.

Your new role
You will be coming into the organisation as a SAP Business Analyst to ensure quality of IT products and services, gather data, and conduct analysis to support business decisions in an SAP environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or recognised professional certification in Project management, Business Process Analysis or similar;
• Proven experience in supporting or implementing SAP systems;
• Previous experience as an SAP Business Analyst;
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts and practices;
• Experience in UAT and writing User Acceptance Test scenarios;
• Excellent problem-solving skills to detect root cause and facilitate solution;
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• High level of attention to detail;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business concepts, and vice versa;
• Ability to interact cross-functional teams.
