FIG M&A Associate - top boutique

The role offers extensive EMEA crossborder (to Europe and the US M&A deal experience within a fast paced and highly successful US boutique.

Key tasks

• Origination and execution of sell & buy-side M&A transactions across the FIG universe
• Act as a day‐to‐day point of contact with clients, providing strategic and M&A advice
• Core responsibilities include, due diligence on the industry and company, valuation analysis, preparing marketing materials, drafting
  transactional documentation and announcements
• Assist with/ oversee client take‐on
• Manage and assist with the preparation of financial models and business valuations, including using DCF, merger and LBO models
• Assist in origination efforts through preparing marketing materials /pitches to prospective new clients
• Oversee work of analysts and interns assigned to specific projects

Requirements:

• A proven background in FIG, from Investment banking, Corporate or Big 4
• Excellent financial modelling experience (operating models, merger models, LBO, etc )
• Experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A
• Project management
• Strong communications skills: ability to interact confidently with banking professionals and clients
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Team work
