Responsibilities:
- Act as the assistant of Senior Relationship Managers by providing support in the aspects of customer relationship management, system operation, clerical and information preparation, transaction execution, filing and back-end support
- Assist the Senior Relationship Managers in making appointments with customers, handling customers' transaction instructions and post-sales follow-ups, providing clerical and back-end support
- Handle the phone calls and reply the enquiries from customers on behalf of the Senior Relationship Managers if needed
- Visit customers if needed to follow up customers' transaction instructions and clerical work
- Assist the Senior Relationship Managers in customer analysis, check the MIS reports and systems regularly
- Manage the use of internal resources of the team, e.g. ensuring the normal operation of equipment, promptly handling of incoming fax, managing the IDD and fax to overseas, etc
- Tertiary education or above, with qualifications in IIQE & HKSI
- Holders of CB Professional Qualifications and/or Awards will be preferred
- At least 2 years' experience in banking and customer service (Experiences in banking sales will be a definite advantage)
- Familiar with banking products, operations and relevant policies and procedures
- Familiar with investment, insurance, retail banking and financial service and relevant legal requirements
- Sound communication and customer relationship management skills with positive attitude
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Familiar with common software, e.g. Word, Excel and Powerpoint, etc.
