- Lead and manage the firm's overall finance, corporate and fund accounting, treasury, tax and operations functions
- Plan and build the overall finance and accounting, operational system for the firm
- Manage the finance and operations function for the fund management company and funds under management
- Collaborate with the senior management to provide them financial and operational analysis for the firm's business and strategic growth
- Oversee the preparation of investor reporting and enquiries
- Ensure end-to-end finance support for the fund and underlying investment portfolio
- Monitor outsourced service providers such as audit, tax agents etc
- Collaborate with invested portfolio companies to provide them support from accounting and finance when necessary
Key requirements
- Minimum 8 years of Finance and Accounting experience in fund management industry, exposure to Venture Capital funds/Private Equity funds is an advantage
- Experience in supervising team members and setting up finance/accounting process
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or other accounting qualifications
- Multi-jurisdictional experience in Asia and the U.S. is an advantage
- Good understanding in regulatory requirements and market trends
- Detailed-oriented, strategic, motivated
- Flexibility to work in a small-office environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
