Compliance Associate - Top Tier Multi Manager investment platform - HK

Key Responsibilities:

• SFC and MAS licensing applications and regulatory filings
• Research regulatory and legislative information, provide updates and adjust compliance processes
• Carry out the compliance monitoring including trade monitoring and surveillance, trade and transaction reporting
• Provide compliance guidelines to the business according to the SFC and MAS rules and regulations.
• Relevant investment compliance duties
• Ad hoc Compliance projects and audit

Key requirements:

• University Degree
• 5+ years' experience in a buy side compliance field would be a plus
• Knowledge of assets management, hedge funds, investments advisory functions and buy side compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and a second Asian language would be a plus (Cantonese, Korean etc)
