About the Role:

Ramp's Accounting Channel is seeing exponential growth, and as an early member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to help build the go-to-market engine and strategy that fuels a key growth driver for the company. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of deepening relationships across partner accounts, successfully influencing internal firm stakeholders and attaining regular quota overachievement through generating consistent referral pipeline from partners.

What You'll Do
  • Drive revenue for Ramp, through generating recurring client referrals from accounting firms
  • Deepen partnerships across existing accounting firm partners
  • Build trust with internal stakeholders including decision makers and staff members, through ongoing engagement and communication, QBRs and events
  • Become an expert in Ramp's product, features, & workflows and how they drive substantial incremental value to accounting partners and their clients
  • Conduct training and enablement sessions for accounting firms, demonstrating the Ramp platform, core features, and value props.
  • Own go-to-market activity, planning and metrics
  • Work cross-functionally across marketing, sales and product & engineering to drive co-marketing opportunities, onboard new clients and inform our product roadmap
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Business Development, Partnership Management, or Channel Partnerships
  • Strong discovery skills, with a knack for understanding a prospects goals and vision and then building a collaborative plan to help get them there
  • Track record of deep account planning and client scoping
  • A history as a top performer, regularly exceeding targets and quotas
  • A bias for action and strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can build relationships across the company
Nice to Have
  • Background in Accounting (preferably a CPA or experience working at an accounting firm with a portfolio of clients).
  • Experience working with accounting firms in a consulting, sales, or partnerships capacity
Compensation
  • The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role in NYC is $119,000-$140,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
