About our client
We are currently working with a global private placement agent looking to add a bright and commercially minded Analyst to their high-performing Primary Capital Raising team in London. This team specialises in raising capital for private equity, real estate and credit funds clients from sophisticated global institutional investors.
What the job involves
As an Analyst in the Primary Capital Raising team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of fundraising strategies on behalf of clients and will have significant exposure to internal and external stakeholders.

• Preparing marketing materials, including private placement memoranda, investor presentations and due diligence materials
• Assisting in preparing responses to investor due diligence requests
• Preparing presentation materials and pitches for prospective clients
• Meeting prospective clients with senior team members and analysing financial and qualitative information
• Coordinating capital raising activities and international roadshows

Who we are looking for

• Strong academic background with previous experience in a placement agent, investment bank, private equity or strategic consulting
• Interest in the private equity, private debt and real estate industries
• Highly organised with excellent project management skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Strong communicator with an excellent command of verbal and written English. Fluency in any other European language would be a plus
• Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
