A reputable conglomerate group investment office is seeking for Executive Assistant with exciting work scoop on trade and fund

Responsibilities of Senior Management's Office Assistant (~80%)
  • Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman, including managing meetings/visits/events schedules and overseas trips
  • Support the family office operations by providing administrative support to the directors as well as to the family Principal and the wider family when necessary.
  • Ensure the planning, coordination and completion of all regulatory obligations and administration requirements for the portfolio of entities, including preparation of statutory filings, annual payment or ad-hoc reporting in accordance with local regulatory requirements
Responsibilities of operation Supports Assistant (~20%)
  • Carry out research and manage ad-hoc projects as and when required by the family office.
  • Observe a code of strictest confidentiality at all times
  • Assist with creation/modification of presentation materials, spreadsheets, business correspondences, meeting minutes & reports and other various documents
  • Support investment trade operations/ trade booking when staffs are absent
  • Grammatical checkingchecking on legal documents
  • Support simple fund accounting task
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree holder (or equivalent) in Law, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with overseas exposure a plus.
  • At least 10 years relevant working experience
  • Experience in financial institution
  • Proficient in verbal and written Chinese and English, including the ability to check on legal documents
  • High integrity who can be entrusted to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
  • Self-driven, positive, diplomatic and enjoys interacting with people at all levels
