Trader assistant - Global Hedge Fund - Fully remote / Hybrid working model - Large comp package

The firm have separate operations, finance and product control teams, so the hire can expect to work in a heavily markets facing & investment desk facing role - the hire will work across the desk covering multiple products, albeit with a closer association / ownership for a specific trader(s). Responsibilities beyond booking / implementing trades, extend to risk management, performance analytics and trade analysis. Regular project work for senior traders can also be expected (and the opportunity to learn VBA, SQL and Python to a strong standard).

Progression can be into more senior TA roles or elsewhere in the business, including front office.

The hire can permanently work fully remote if he / she chooses, from a location of their choice. Alternatively, it is possible to work a hybrid model.

Candidates should have 2-5years experience in a hedge fund operations / middle office / TA role. We could potentially consider outstanding IB candidates. A strong academic profile is required. Solid tech skills are preferred.

My client has an open budget as the focus is to hire the best person for the role - a strong increase on current base salary can be fully expected. A large bonus % range will be guaranteed for 2023. A sign on bonus is also possible.
