The fund in question has generated positive returns, every month since inception, a remarkable achievement when the price of the assets that it trades have gone completely the other way to the tune of over 80% in some instances.

The mandate for this Portfolio Manager? Building a team and from scratch to research and deploy high sharpe, trading strategies on CEXs. As such, you will need to have previously led a team who may have done this in traditional or digital markets previously.

The Role:

• Reporting directly into the founding team to build a team of Senior & Junior QRs who will develop HF alpha & automated trading strategies
• Hire, train and retain top-percentile quantitative research talent
• Collaborate with QD team on system design specifics for highly-scalable, event-driven systematic trading and research infrastructure

• Olympiad Finalists & Medalists, National Math Medalists, Visiting Scholars at the world's best universities
• An insatiable desire to research, create and test high performance research infrastructure and trading strategies for crypto

Note: this firm may well fall outside of traditional non-competes due to their focus on CeFi and DeFi trading strategies.
