The Associate will;
- Be hands on with the origination, structuring, execution and management of large-cap and core plus investments across all infrastructure asset classes.
- Regularly liaise with bankers, investors and industry professionals to generate investment leads.
- Take responsibility for building financial models, conducting due diligence and overseeing third party advisors.
- Help to prepare the investment memorandum and presentation.
- Support in presenting deals to the Investment Committee.
- Regularly interact with senior management of portfolio companies to develop & implement strategies to add value to assets.
Interested candidates must:
- Be currently sitting as a Senior Analyst, Junior Associate or equivalent in the M&A Team of a top-tier bank or fund.
- Have experience working on infrastructure, TMT, industrial or related M&A deals with proven transaction track records.
- Possess a very strong skill set, including building models from scratch.
- Be currently based in the US or be eligible to work in the US.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Demonstrate a strong business and commercial mindset.
- Be self-motivated and excited to join a growing fund where you will have the opportunity to build a long-term career with the chance to step up over time.
