This role is the FP&A ICG nd Legal Entity Planning Lead for Hong Kong, reporting directly to the Hong Kong FP&A Head. The candidate is responsible for providing overall financial planning, analysis and decision support coverage on all ICG Businesses and Legal Entities under Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:
- Executive Decision Support for the HK ICG Franchise covering budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning
- Ensuring analytical understanding of the HK ICG P&L and Balance Sheet - developing action plans and business ideas where appropriate
- Driving analytics process to provide actionable information and insights from a financial forecasting perspective
- Reviewing monthly financial analyses and variance reports to provide insights
- Leading Legal Entity planning and governance activities
- Leading/partaking in strategic projects involving financial analyses, insights and strategic planning
- Driving enhancements across analytics capabilities, and ensuring robust governance and controls on all HK FP&A processes, tools and models
- Interfacing, leading discussions and actions with Mumbai offshore team and stakeholders across the broader Finance function (in Country and Regional FP&A and Controllers), and Country Businesses
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Banking/Financial Services sectors
- Strong knowledge of institutional banking businesses of Markets, Corporate and Investment Banking, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Custody & Clearing, and etc
- Understanding/perspective of the Financial Planning and Analysis processes and frameworks
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills to break down and resolve complex issues
- Strong communication skills to articulate and communicate multi-faceted issues
- And an ability to build and nurture close relationships at all levels in the organization
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work through conflicts
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
