The HKEX Digital Centre was established in 2019 as a dedicated cross-functional team providing application development and product support to all HKEX business functions, with a particular focus on digital productivity tools and innovative SaaS solutions. Since its foundation, the Digital Centre has delivered a Robotic Process Automation programme acclaimed as one of the best in Asia; a highly scalable cloud enterprise data lake infrastructure; the successful introduction of Salesforce, Qualtrics, Pardot, Pega, DocuSign, Tableau, Trifacta, Collibra and Anaconda to HKEX; as well as several bespoke AI-driven capital markets knowledge management solutions developed in collaboration with Hong Kong Fintech start-ups. In the Digital Centre, business-facing product managers sit alongside Agile coaches, designers and technically proficient developers and solution support staff, providing a unique and dynamic structure for various skill sets to flourish and take on new responsibilities aligned with their interests. As Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving Digital Governance, product management and Scaled Agile practices across the HKEX Group. You will collaborate across product teams and a diverse set of disciplines to deliver compelling, customer-focused products, maximise product investments and support business units throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements, design, develop or select cost effective solutions that are fit for purpose, meet enterprise architecture standards and are aligned with broader corporate strategies.
• Define vision, build roadmap, prioritise and drive the execution of product backlog items for a number of products within Digital Centre. Own, collect and analyse success metrics, end-user feedback and other product data to drive performance and roadmap changes.
• Be the product champion and build direct relationships with business users to develop their product awareness and knowledge to drive adoption and seek feedback.
• Support the growth and maturity of product management discipline in HKEX. Contribute towards Product Management Communities of Practice to advance the knowledge and practices of the domain within the organisation.
• Manage external service providers and product vendors to deliver products and services in accordance to agreed contracts. Develop healthy partnership with key suppliers to drive innovation, skills uplift and increased vendor performance.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of working experience in managing and rolling out digital products.
• Strong experience of product management discipline across entire product lifecycle.
• Good knowledge and practice experience with end-to-end Agile product development lifecycle and methodologies, includingbusiness analysis, architecture, software development and operations.
• Highly capable in business analysis, business process reengineering and project management.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to deliver compelling user experiences while balancing design details with business impact and technical implementation considerations.
• Solid technical knowledge and skills on Salesforce, Pardot and Blackthorn. Understanding of other Salesforce modules is a plus.
• Good knowledge and skills on relevant Agile tools.
• Agile and product management certifications would be an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with proven ability to communicate with impact, drive consensus, influence relationships and articulate complex information in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences including senior management.
• Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Ability to communicate in Putonghua would be an advantage, but not compulsory.
