Job Highlights

• Execute and manage various transactions relating to corporate finance activities such as M&A and fund-raising activities
• Liaise with external professional parties

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage a full spectrum of corporate finance assignments, including M&A, fund-raising activities and IPO
• Conduct research, due diligence and participate in execution of corporate finance activities
• Compile internal reports to senior management
• Liaise with external accountants, legal advisors, financial advisors and/or regulatory authorities
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder with Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other business-related discipline
• Current member of CPA / CFA is preferred
• 5 years or above experience from corporate finance or investment bank, handling corporate acquisition and disposals and fund-raising activities
• Knowledgeable with Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Takeovers Code
• Self-motivated and a good team player
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, both written and verbal required;
• Native Mandarin Speaker is highly preferred
