Country Manager - Thailand

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and lead the local market team in Thailand to develop new businesses through channel cooperation, online and offline lectures, MGM, etc.
Responsible for the company's core business indicators (user growth, retention) in Thailand market
Responsible for the introduction and maintenance of key cooperation resources for the US and Hong Kong stock securities business in Thailand, including but not limited to:- vertical financial institutions, financial social media celebrities, US and Hong Kong listed companies, etc.
Formulate business promotion plans based on channel characteristics and implement them in order to gain user growth
Liaise with the headquarters to jointly formulate the marketing strategies of the Thailand market
Lead the team to do a good job in the localized operation of the social media official account matrix with the support of the headquarters
Regularly conduct market competition research and user research and provide valuable suggestions to continuously improve the company's product development and marketing strategies in the new market

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in marketing, finance or management, at least 5 years of experience in business development in the financial industry including minimum 2 years of experience in business development team management
Well-versed in financial products, stock brokerage business, securities institution business and/or rich financial agencies
Track record of past successful market development cases and have excellent business development, resource integration, and team management capabilities
Possess a pioneering spirit, be proactive, goal-oriented and have a strong sense of responsibility
A team player with ability to accept the form of multinational teamwork
Fluent in English and Thai
