Your key responsibilities:

Will be accountable for:
  • All programmes & projects within their Regional portfolio
  • Management and escalation of issues and risk's
  • Effective engagement communications and reporting of the portfolio to regional & global technology stakeholders -
  • Prepare and give Steering Committee presentations
  • Responsible for the management of the portfolio and programme Financials
  • Managing all external resources and vendors
  • Act as the single point of contact for IT programmes in the region with Corporate Real Estate
  • Owns reputational issues regarding Corporate Real Estate / Business
  • Single point of escalation for Corporate Real Estate in the Region.
  • Provide control and transparency of projects by ensuring adherence to both Corporate Real Estate and GCIO project methodology and governance structure
  • Review and prepare project approach or work with Global leads on approach
  • Technical, financial and delivery
  • Build professional and effective management of relationships with Project Sponsors, Business and Corporate Real Estate / Business and IT Management stake holders both in country, regionally and globally.

Your skills and experience:
  • Strong experience (10+ years) Programme Management and People Management (Leadership) with proven track record of managing complex regional and global IT projects in Corporate Real Estate programs
  • Experience in Financial Services (with recent banking) delivering programmes (which is a series of projects running concurrently) regionally and/or globally.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven recent experience of interacting with senior level stakeholders internally (senior management) and externally (architects, vendors management, regional management)
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly at every level (up, down and laterally)
  • Identify and know and understand target audience
  • Clear and concise communications of ideas, instructions
  • Clear written and verbal communications (presentations)
  • Conflict and influence management
  • Sound understanding of IT infrastructure technologies with proven track record of large IT programme delivery
  • Assertive and proactive in managing issues and risks
  • Strong problem solving skills (facilitate and drive solutions, options, alternatives while always maintaining alignment to the global IT strategy)
  • Ability to work independently with remote and matrix management - self starter

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement
