During your training, your office base will be in either Norwich or York. They are beautiful, buzzing towns in which to embark your career and once you've qualified, you will have the chance to broaden your horizons in any of our offices around the UK or maybe even further afield.
At Aviva, we ask our teams to think about when they work in the office and when they choose to work at home. This will vary depending on your role and your personal circumstances. We call this Smart Working. This will vary depending on your role and your personal circumstances but 3 days in the office, and 2 days from home is a very typical example. When you move to each new assignment, take time to discuss this with your Leader and agree what works for you, the business and the organisation. As we do this office/home blend you will need to live in commutable distance to one of the locations listed above.About Us
