The role
As a senior content designer at UOB TMRW, you'll work on UX content for the UOB consumer digital services across South East Asia. You'll work together with UX designers, researchers, developers and business stakeholders to deliver quality content across projects, providing content design direction for complex problems, and ensuring a great customer experience.
You're comfortable working on hybrid teams and taking ownership of content design on a single project. You know how to make the most of established guidance and processes, and how to build on them when the project requires it.

• Designing simple, intuitive, user-centric UX content for our consumer apps across the region that follows our content design principles, tone of voice and standards
• Collaborating with a cross-functional team to frame problems, design solutions, and deliver great user experiences to UOB TMRW customers
• Being the voice of content design on your project, and contributing to growing content design awareness across the company
• Working with localisation managers to ensure that projects are localised and delivered effectively
• Helping mentor more junior colleagues, shaping our shared guidelines and tools, and contributing to the knowledge and culture of the wider design team

• 5+ years of experience in a writing or editorial role in English, with excellent written communication and editorial skills
• Content design or UX writing experience as part of a digital product team
• Excellent collaboration skills across different design disciplines, with a working understanding of UX and research practices
• Experience managing your own time, facilitating and managing stakeholders
• Experience using Figma, Sketch or other design tools
• Awareness of plain language standards a plus
• Knowledge of Thai, Bahasa Indonesia or Vietnamese a plus, but not required

• You work with your team to identify what needs to be done, and where you might have gaps in knowledge. You're not afraid to ask questions to understand a problem and its nuances fully.
• You know the difference between copywriting and content design, and how to explain it to those less familiar with the space.
• You actively seek feedback on your work, both from other content designers and your cross-functional peers.
