Retail Distribution

Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 270 branches and service outlets, including around 60 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join us as Head of Wealth Sales Management.

Principal responsibilities
  • To lead and supervise wealth sales department team to formulate, develop and execute total wealth sales planning and proposition covering all insurance and investment activities
  • To take part in both formulation and execution of total wealth sales strategies to drive the insurance and investment sales performance, and formulate total wealth proposition for profitable growth and entails the integration of insurance & investment products and services across all segments and platforms
  • Monitor/ review current sales process in order to improve channel efficiency and customer experience
  • University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualification
  • 8 to 10 years' relevant experience in retail banking or retail distribution, with strong knowledge of insurance & investment products
  • Strong business awareness, excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Extensive external market awareness of market conditions, financial planning environment, new product solutions, and an understanding of current financial market activities
  • Must possess effective presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Professional Qualifications: CFA/CFP/CFMP is an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers and manage complex interactions effectively
