Desk Technology Strategist - Front Office

My client in Top Tier Investment Bank is looking for a strong Java Developer to join their strats team under business. This person will be working on the built-from scratch platform which driven by Asia team and expanding to the region. You'll be having a clear ownership on the development project and work closely with business and able to make a direct impact on PnL.

Responsibilites

• Identify and discuss requirement with Business users
• Design, develop, implement, deploy the technical solutions autonomously, which ideally should be able to make an impact on the business
• Support and train users

Qualification

• Proven engineering work experience from banks, hedge-funds and other financial services firms
• Strong Java, and familiar with databases such as SQL
• Familiar with financial market, ideally from equities background
• Strong communication skills & stakeholder management skills
