*Role:
* Requirements :
- Support the smooth running of day-to-day sales operations, including ensuring efficient client onboarding, sales onboarding, CRM & client data support, and other supporting requirements for successful operations of the Sales/RM division
- Manage projects and delivery for the Sales & Relationship Management division (eg. CRM, analytics)
- Support the development of customer strategy, including managing target lists, defining funnel strategy, managing client tiering, etc.
- Produce reports and analyze data for strategic insight
- Conduct competitive research and benchmarking
- Liaise with key inter-department stakeholders (eg. product, dev/engineering, legal, compliance, marketing, finance, etc.)
- Liaise with the marketing team on creation of key sales materials (eg. pitch deck template, corporate credentials, etc.)
* Requirements :
- Over 5 years of financial services sales experience. Experience working in global/regional capital markets and corporate investment banking preferred.
- Bachelor degree minimum, with preferences in Business, Economics, Finance, or a quantitative field
- Sound understanding of crypto and traditional financial products highly preferred
- Previous experience or demonstrable understanding of working in regulatory environment for financial institutions highly preferred
- Product/business knowledge and good understanding of capital markets
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly independent
- Quick to learn and resourceful in approaching new challenges or subject knowledge
- Able to quickly identify and resolve problems
