Commercial Banking - Global Trade and Receivables Finance
Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.
For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Manager, Transaction Risk Management.

Principal responsibilities
  • Review and endorse Structure trade finance facilities, including Receivables Finance and Supply Chan Finance;
  • Manage portfolio risk management of GTRF products, including Core Trade, Receivables Finance and Guarantees, by data analytic tools;
  • Conduct identification, assessment, ongoing management, monitoring, and mitigation of existing transaction risk for all GTRF products;
  • Manage account receivables, aging analysis for instant credit control;
  • Lead the team to perform client surveys which aim to analyse and assess factorability of Receviable Finance facility;
  • Monitor and, where necessary, recommend actions to maintain a healthy level of facility utilization.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines; for candidate with less than university degree academic attainment, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required;
  • Holder of Enhanced Competency Framework - Credit Risk Management (ECF-CRM) is preferred;
  • Previous experience in Trade / Receivables Finance / Corporate Credit Approval is preferred;
  • Strong attentiveness to detail, with ability to work independently and under pressure;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills;
  • Good knowledge of application software;
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage;
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
