Multinational company in the import and export of coffee is recruting a Senior Financial Controller to join the finance department.

Descrição

• Implement a new Accounting ERP for the Swiss holding company;
• Submit the yearly budget for the companies of the group;
• Create and present Budget vs Real Report on a quarterly basis;
• Yearly Audit Preparation for the Swiss holding company;
• Monthly Management Financial Statement for the Swiss company;
• Bookkeeping of the company;
• Budget the monthly expenses of the Portuguese and other company's of the group;
• Reconcile transactions between the Portuguese and Swiss companies;
• Report monthly the transactions subject to German VAT reimbursement to the tax agent in Germany and follow up TAX reimbursement;
• Ensure all payments to vendors of the companies;
• Reconcile bank expenses vs check and invoices paid for all companies.

Perfil ideal

• Higher education in Accounting, Business, Business Administration, Management or similar areas;
• Professional experience of 8 to 10 years in similar functions in a multinational environment;
• Good Knowledge of controlling and accounting practices;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Comfortable working in a very fast-paced and rapidly growing environment;
• Team player and problem solver;
• Critical thinking and strong judgement for decision making;
• Results-oriented and rapid learning ability;
• Strict attention to detail.
