Role description and opportunities

As part of the Securities Services & Digital business' Asset Servicing group, the Data & Platforms (DPS) Marketing Manager will lead all strategic-marketing efforts and drive outstanding customer focus. This individual will play a leadership role on the team and will work across functions to design, develop, execute and measure integrated global marketing campaigns. This leader will be a partner that provides leadership and direction in support of the objectives of the Data & Platforms Solutions business. The Marketing Manager will develop marketing strategies, key messaging, and value propositions for both DPS products but also support for fitting data and analytics into the broader Asset Servicing value proposition. The role will report to the Head of Asset Servicing and Digital Solution marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with line of business product management and sales on global integrated marketing campaigns to support business objectives
  • Successfully partner with the Marketing COE team to execute marketing programs through all marketing channels
  • Develop marketing strategy and programs, including key marketing campaigns to achieve commercial objectives
  • Partner with content teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality sales enablement tools and materials for key segments
  • Ensure, through data driven insights, that the global marketing campaigns are successful and deliver high impact and support commercial objectives
  • Leverage client insights, understanding of marketplace, competitive dynamics, and other data to influence business growth strategies and inform marketing decision-making
  • Manage the financial resources of the area, ensuring adherence to budget and management of expenses
  • Coordinate PR coverage where relevant for launches or other major events


A successful candidate should ideally have these qualifications
  • Keen understanding of Institutional Investors - Asset Managers, Asset Owners, and Hedge Funds and various buyer personas in those segments is highly desirable
  • Commercially minded, focused on ensuring the marketing programs have a material business impact and deep experience working with sales management and sellers to realize commercial ambition
  • Demonstrated experience effectively influencing both business and marketing stakeholders simultaneously to achieve desired marketing and business outcomes
  • Possess both strategic and effective marketing and communication skills to help drive projects with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced, results-driven, team-oriented environment
  • Energetic, positive mindset with excellent analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred
  • 10+ years of total work experience within financial services, advertising, marketing industry is preferred
