Duties and Responsibilities - "Your Role"
You will be a key member of the Private Markets Professional Services team providing expert guidance and platform management assistance to live clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting management of multiple strategic Advisory & Expert Services (AES) clients using best practices regarding effective iLEVEL system setup and utilization
- Delivering on identified requirements
- Collaborating with AES Associates to execute business analysis to identify specific requirements and use cases with Enterprise and LP/GP MDS clients
- Team up with multiple internal teams like Client Development, Product, Client Management and Operations to deliver targeted solutions to meet client's portfolio monitoring and reporting requirements
- Efficiently maintaining accountability to all stakeholders
- Communicating weekly updates and providing reporting internally to the AES Management/ Professional Services team and externally to the constituent clients
You are an analytical thinker and great communicator, who's looking to play an instrumental role in establishment of a new service offering in Private Markets space.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of extensive iLEVEL experience with exposure to different strategies
- 5+ years of working directly with clients
- Proven track record of successful independent engagements with clients
- Experience mentoring and managing individuals
- Thorough understanding of financial reporting and operating statement analysis
- Collaborative attitude, excelling in working cross-functionally with diverse personalities
- Intellectual curiosity and inquisitiveness
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in driving discussions and presentations with clients' Platform Managers and leadership on a regular basis
